Do male birds, and other animals, ever desert

the female before she gives birth out in the

jungles, the wilds, the wilderness? Like, there

was a dispute over feeding, or materials used in

the nest. Maybe the male bird, or animal,

flirted with another bird, or animal, and  the

female wants him gone.
