Eating by her lonesome

When I first got my goldfish, who I named
Patsy Kline, I used to stand and watch her
fetch the pellets that I dropped in the water
for her. She used to fascinate me. Now, I
just, mostly, throw the pellets in and walk
off, leaving her to eat by her lonesome.
